Compliance Team Reaches Out
Once your screening is complete, our Compliance team will contact you directly to begin the MFTE/MHA process.
Submit Verification Documents
Compliance will work with you to collect bank statements, pay stubs, and any other verifications required to determine eligibility.
Approval & Lease Start
Once approved, expect your lease to begin within 10 days of Compliance approval.

Full-Time Student Requirements
Undergraduate Students
Must have need-based financial aid. Required documents:
- FAFSA or WASFA
- Financial Aid Award Letter from your institution confirming need-based aid has been accepted
Graduate & PhD Students
Provide one of the following:
- Need-based financial aid verification (same as undergraduate requirements above)
- Most recent tax return showing independent filing
